Order processing and fulfillment

Many AKA Ezzy products are produced to order. Processing and production times vary by item; the current estimate is shown on the product page or at checkout. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping and tracking

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Once an order ships, tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carriers, customs, weather, or peak periods.

International orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Digital products

Digital music and artwork do not require shipping. Access or delivery instructions are sent to the checkout email after purchase.

Order issues

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to be missing, contact info@akaezzy.com with your order number and photos where applicable. We will review the issue and help with the next steps.
